An N gauge layout based on Sturminster Newton in Dorset on the Somerset and Dorset line as it was before closure in 1966. The S&D here was single line but expanded in the station with an up and down line with platforms, goods loop and a busy cattle market serving the goods yard. The layout is DCC controlled with a laptop running JMRI used for point and route control. The rolling stock is prototypical for the line and period, weathered with the occasional sound fitted visitor.
